Write a Rig Log

Record a hardware combination and whether it worked. Logs that it worked are just as useful as logs that it didn't. Fill in what you know.

A "Rig Log" is one record of a hardware combination and whether it worked.

Loaded the setup from Rig Log #1972. Change only what differs.

"Partially works" means some features still don't work even after changes. If it didn't work but the device worked in another setup, check "confirmed".
