Summary of a personal blog post (zenn): The writer ran the iS112B Wi-Fi add-on (UART, AT commands) on a Spresense. There is no NuttX driver for it, so the writer had to build a socket layer on top of AT commands. On the writer's firmware (1.0.0-011) the module could not listen for connections, so the device could not act as a server. It worked as a client that connects to a host PC and pushes JPEG images, at roughly 10 seconds per full-HD image.
